Today we're announcing Afolio, a native Mac app for tracking and managing your Lego collection: sets, parts, and minifigures.

It’s very niche - but if you have kids who have accumulated a ton of Lego (or if you're a collector, reseller or investor), you'll likely need a way to track your sets and missing pieces.

Unlike web-based collection trackers, Afolio is native to the Mac. It's fast, works offline, and has features those tools don't have:
- Parts Checklist: Figure out which parts are missing from a set, and print out a checklist so you can track them down.
- Smart Collections: Create your own list of sets, parts and minifigures based on any number of filters
- Identify a Set: If you have an unknown set, use its visual characteristics to figure out which it is
- Identify a Part: the Lego catalog has tens of thousands of parts. Afolio makes it easy to pinpoint a specific one by shape, colour or category.
If you've used Rebrickable or BrickLink, Afolio brings that kind of catalog to the mac - no browser tabs required.

We're publishing Afolio under a new brand: The Half Bakery. It keeps the bread theme going from Crunchy Bagel - and yes, it's a nod to half-baked ideas, except we actually finish them. After 15+ years on Apple platforms we've got no shortage of ideas; agentic coding is what finally lets us ship them.
The ideas in the works all solve real problems we actually have - in life and in business - and hopefully for plenty of other people too. No slop.
Afolio is free to download and use, with a single lifetime unlock for all features.
